Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. During peak periods, please allow up to 6 days for dispatch.

How is the package delivered?

Within the United States: Packages are delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office. If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, a notice will be left for package pickup.
International Orders: Delivery methods vary based on your location. Packages may be delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office. If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, a notice will be left for package pickup. You may need to collect your package from your local post office if it cannot be delivered directly to your address.

Where is my package being shipped from?

For U.S. Customers: Products are shipped quickly from our U.S. warehouse through our private suppliers to ensure fast delivery.

For International Customers: Products are shipped from either our U.S. warehouse or our warehouse in China, depending on your country. Our private suppliers handle the shipping to ensure efficient delivery.

Order Tracking

Will my order come with tracking information?

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking information. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order using this number on our Track Order page.

My tracking number is not working. What should I do?

If your tracking number is not working, please ensure you’ve entered it correctly by copying and pasting. If the issue persists, contact us at info@orviscollection.com for assistance.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification and SMS to the contact information provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details will be available shortly after.

The tracking site says my package is delivered, but I haven't received it yet. What now?

Sometimes, tracking systems mark orders as delivered when they arrive at your local post office. Please wait a few more days for delivery or contact your local post office for further information.

After Purchase

What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please provide photographic or video evidence of the issue. We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

I've provided the wrong shipping address or selected the wrong variant. Can I change it?

If you realize an error after placing your order, email us at info@orviscollection.com as soon as possible. We may be able to correct it if the order has not yet been processed. Once the order is in the shipping process, changes may not be possible.

My package is stuck in customs. What can I do?

Customs delays are outside our control. The recipient is responsible for any customs charges or taxes. Contact your local customs office for assistance with releasing your items.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order is processed, it cannot always be modified. Contact our Customer Service immediately after placing your order to request any address changes. Ensure all details are correct before submitting your order to avoid complications.
