Shipping Policy

All packages shipped out will be via a trackable method. Once our shipping company forwards the tracking number to us, we will, in turn, send you the tracking number via email. Please see below for the estimated shipping times to your country/region.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

United States ~ 8 to 12 business days

IMPORTANT: All estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. However, please note that during peak periods, such as the holiday season, we may experience heavy international shipping volumes, which may cause some delays. Additionally, customs clearance and scanning times may vary depending on the country, which can also affect delivery times. Please be aware that Orvis Collection is not responsible for the delivery schedule and cannot guarantee that your item will be received within the estimated delivery timeframe. 

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Please note that order processing time must be added to shipping times to get the total time taken for you to receive an order upon placing it. Order processing time is between 1-3 business days. We use it to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing shipping labels, and forwarding your package to our shipping company for dispatch.

ORDERS THAT ARE UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED

Orvis Collection is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize that you have made an error, please email us at info@orviscollection.com as soon as possible, within 24 hours of placing your order, to explain the error and provide the correct information. However, please note that if the package has already been shipped, we cannot alter the destination address at this stage.

SEPARATE PACKAGES

If you receive a package that seems to be missing items, please do not worry. We ship orders from various international warehouses, including those in the US, Canada, China, and Singapore. Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfillment centers worldwide to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. If you do not receive all of your purchases within 4 weeks, please email us at info@orviscollection.com so we can investigate your shipment, and we will take care of it immediately.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships out and our database is updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email with the online tracking information. If 6 business days have passed and you still have not received your tracking number, email us at info@orviscollection.com, and we'll check it out for you immediately.

COUNTRY RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to cancel any order containing a shipping address within a country we do not ship to.

LOST PARCELS

Orvis Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for packages that are delayed in transit. In the rare event that a package never reaches you after 90 days, we can no longer trace the package in our tracking system. In this case, you will need to obtain proof from your local post office stating that you have not received any packages from our sending address within that period. Once you provide us with this proof, we will ship another package to you as soon as possible.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

If the tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer.

If a package is returned by the post office or shipping carrier, it may be destroyed or become an unregistered package during the return process. Since no one is paying for the return, the package may be lost or destroyed by customs.
